About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Brand Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all customers.
  • Utilize your product knowledge to educate and inform customers, driving sales and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with your leadership team to achieve sales goals and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Support sales floor, fitting room, cash wrap, and back-of-house operations as required.
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work center, adhering to company standards.
  • Handle customer interactions and potential issues/returns in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Execute operational processes effectively and efficiently, ensuring seamless customer service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • A customer-focused service provider, committed to delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.
  • Passionate about retail and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement, always learning and open to feedback.
  • Flexible schedule, including holiday, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
  • Ability to utilize retail technology and maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom, and office.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
