Bridge Engineer Lead

Englobe is seeking a highly experienced Bridge Engineer Lead to join our team in Calgary, Lethbridge, or Edmonton. As a key member of our Transportation group, you will be responsible for leading the development and management of bridge projects, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage bridge projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Lead a team of engineers, technologists, and technicians in the design, analysis, and inspection of bridges.
- Prepare technical reports, project specifications, and contract documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project quality and safety.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to junior staff, promoting professional development and growth.
- Civil or Structural Engineering degree from an accredited university.
- Professional Engineering Designation (P.Eng.).
- Over 10 years of experience in bridge design and engineering, with a strong background in Canadian Highway Bridge Design Code.
- Demonstrated experience in leading bridge engineering projects and teams.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
