They will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as scheduling and confirming appointments. Additionally, they will answer telephone calls and relay messages, compile data and statistics, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word, and will be able to multitask, be flexible, and organized. The position is permanent, with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication.
