Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at NMRA Consultants Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
