We are seeking a skilled Administrative Supervisor to join our team. This is a permanent position with a 35 to 40 hour work week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and Evaluate: New administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company vision and goals.
- Establish Priorities: Work with the team to establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry Out Administrative Activities: Perform various administrative tasks, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assistant Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Prepare Reports: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence.
- Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations effectively and professionally.
- Budget Planning: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- Organized: Must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Team Player: Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
