About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Financial Advisor to join our Personal and Business Banking team in Hearst, ON. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Meet with clients to understand their financial goals and priorities, and provide personalized advice and solutions to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Engage in marketing and outreach activities to build strong relationships with clients and their communities, and identify opportunities for growth and revenue.
  • Business Development: Create new business opportunities by networking with clients' families and friends, and referring them to appropriate partners and services.
  • Leveraging Technology: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and tools, and share your knowledge with clients to help them better manage their financial needs.
Requirements
  • Client Focus: You are passionate about delivering exceptional client service and building strong relationships with clients.
  • Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by achieving your goals and delivering results that make a meaningful impact.
  • Attention to Detail: You are meticulous in your work and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Passionate about People: You are passionate about building relationships and connecting with others through respect and authenticity.
  • Love to Learn: You are committed to ongoing learning and professional development, and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience: You have 2-3 years of experience in a financial services role, with a proven track record of providing financial advice and achieving sales results.
  • Certifications: You hold current accreditation and good standing in Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds in Canada) and meet eligibility requirements for CIRO-MFD licensing.
  • Language: You are fluent in French and English to serve our clients in the community.
