We are seeking a skilled Farm Supervisor to join our team at Loleaf Farm. As a member of our agricultural operations team, you will be responsible for the daily supervision of farm activities, including direct farm feed inventory activities, monitoring animal health, and ensuring farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a rural setting, with a strong understanding of dairy cattle management and a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Direct farm feed inventory activities
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Monitor animal health
  • Treat livestock health issues

Requirements:

  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
