The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for preparing and submitting construction project budget estimates, hiring and supervising subcontractors, and planning and preparing construction schedules and milestones.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures for quality control, planning and managing budgets, and directing the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions.
