Help Desk Specialist

Citi College of Canadian Careers is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and resolving technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users, including troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and resolving technical issues.
- Incident Management: Manage incidents, including collecting and organizing problems and solutions logs.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
- Web-Server Backup and Recovery: Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
