Job Title: Help Desk Technician

Citi College of Canadian Careers is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to users, including troubleshooting computer systems and networks, and resolving technical issues.
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents, including collecting and organizing problems and solutions logs.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to user inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, and software.
  • Web-Server Backup and Recovery: Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
