Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000-$180,000 CAD, depending on experience. Additionally, Scotiabank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan and paid time off.
Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join Cedar Leaf Capital as the Director, Financial Accounting & Business Support. You will be accountable to the firm's Board of Directors for the financial compliance program, working in partnership with key stakeholders across the organization and Scotiabank.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development and implementation of effective financial planning and accounting practices
- Providing strategic guidance on regulatory compliance, risk management, and financial reporting
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
