Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Leave Management Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties related to the planning and processing of employee vacation and leave information. This includes coordinating meetings, booking travel arrangements, preparing staff expenses and reimbursements, and maintaining office supply inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, including booking meeting rooms, arranging catering, and sending out meeting requests.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, vehicles, and accommodation.
  • Prepare staff expenses and reimbursements.
  • Maintain office supply inventory, including ordering supplies and receiving and storing them.
  • Perform record management duties, including setting up and maintaining electronic and manual filing systems.
  • Prepare statistical information, including gathering and compiling data and developing and formatting statistical charts and graphs using appropriate software.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years' recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • An administered 5-minute typing certificate of 55 wpm completed in the last 48 months from an approved institution.
