Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Indian Head Esso. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Daily Operations: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize store performance.
- Plan and Organize Daily Operations: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless store operations.
- Implement Price and Credits Policies: Develop and maintain accurate pricing and credits policies to ensure compliance with company standards and maximize sales revenue.
- Locate, Select, and Procure Merchandise for Resale: Identify and source high-quality products that meet customer demands and company standards.
- Plan Budgets and Monitor Revenues and Expenses: Develop and manage budgets, track sales revenue, and monitor expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Resolve Issues and Improve Customer Satisfaction: Address customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and implement measures to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Recruit, Hire, and Supervise Staff: Identify, recruit, and develop top talent to join our sales team, and provide guidance and support to ensure team members meet performance expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
- Green Job: Involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
