About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at BrantCare Professional Services Ltd. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Laundry and Linens: Launder clothing and household linens.
  • Shopping and Supplies: Shop for food and household supplies.
  • Windows and Glass: Wash and clean interior and exterior windows and other glass surfaces.
Requirements
  • Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work.
  • Experience: Have previous experience in this field of employment.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Workplace Information: Be willing to work on the road and have a flexible schedule.
