Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Eagle Heavy Duty Parts Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient workflow
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and make informed decisions
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues promptly
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales staff, ensuring a positive work environment
- 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
