We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager, Quality Management to join our team at the City of Richmond. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead the quality assessment and control of our facility maintenance programs, ensuring the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the quality assessment and control of facility maintenance programs, including service agreements, vendor contracts, and lease agreements.
  • Develop and implement quality management plans, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with corporate standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality management practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 7 years of recent related experience in quality management, engineering, and project management.
  • University degree in a relevant discipline or business administration.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and assess risks and opportunities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
