Customer Service Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sharing product knowledge, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers, provide product information, and offer recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction
- Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain a high level of customer service
- Assist with receiving and stocking merchandise, maintaining store displays, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment
- Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and other sales floor activities as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work with customers, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
- Eligibility to work in Canada, with a minimum age of 18 years
