Senior Financial Planner and Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planner and Accountant to join our team at ASHISH PATEL PROFESSIONAL CORPORATION. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:This senior-level accounting position requires a skilled professional to manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial planning, and management.
Responsibilities:- Financial Planning: Identify clients' financial goals and objectives, analyze their financial records, and develop comprehensive financial plans to help them achieve their goals.
- Accounting: Manage balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and other financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Supervision: Supervise 3-4 staff members and provide guidance on accounting procedures, financial planning, and management best practices.
- Certifications and Licenses: Possess certifications such as Chartered Accountants (CA) Designation, Canadian Securities Course (CSC), and other relevant certifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning, and management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software, including Tally ERP, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Paid time off (volunteering or personal days).

- Hours: 64 hours bi-weekly.
