Lead Retail Media Advertising

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail media advertising efforts, driving growth and expansion for Flywheel Digital's clients.

This role requires a deep understanding of retail media disciplines, including search, display, and video, as well as experience with campaign management platforms and digital shelf optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of team leadership, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence executive-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead retail media advertising activities for clients, including planning, strategy, and execution
  • Oversee multiple client teams, providing guidance and ensuring strong performance against client goals
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Flywheel Digital, sharing market insights and best practices with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure team members have the training and resources needed to succeed, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance
  • Contribute to hiring, team structuring, and account resourcing decisions
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in retail media disciplines, with growing responsibility and oversight
  • At least 2-3 years of team leadership experience, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of retail media space, including campaign management platforms and digital shelf optimization
  • Ability to communicate media goals, challenges, and performance in a broader business context
