Salon Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Regis Canada. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading our salon team and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all salon operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of stylists and support staff.
  • Monitor and control salon expenses, including inventory, supplies, and labor costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in salon management software.
  • Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
