We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at Miso House Japanese & Korean Restaurant.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ordering supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a chef in a restaurant environment
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning, food safety, and sanitation procedures
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
