Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of construction projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers in all aspects of the construction process, including project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Establish and maintain project files, contract drawings, and logs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Attend and prepare minutes for project subcontractor meetings, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure timely distribution of project information to stakeholders, including subcontractors, superintendents, owners, and consultants.
  • Work closely with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and owners to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Learn and promote Wright Construction Western Inc. policies and procedures, upholding our commitment to excellence.
Requirements
  • Architectural Technology Diploma, Engineering Degree, or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years' experience in commercial, industrial, and/or institutional construction, preferably with a strong background in project coordination.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Timberline Software, and BIM Software.
