We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Auto Insurance Advisor to join our team at HUB Intl Canada West ULC (Prairies). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to clients regarding auto insurance.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing accurate and efficient advice on auto insurance products and services.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide expert advice.
- Level 1 Insurance License or willingness to obtain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems and ability to learn new software applications.
