Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Henrietta Florida - Mcclenny. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care, including bathing and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding and laundry
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move clients as needed
