Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range, estimated to be between $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversight of internal audits and compliance with quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Presentation of quality management reports to senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and opportunities for growth.
Quality Management System Oversight
  • Development and implementation of process manuals and documentation to ensure a robust QMS structure.
  • Coordination of internal audits to maintain ISO 9000 and 14000 compliances, addressing gaps and implementing corrective actions.
Management Review and Auditing
  • Regular QMS reviews to align improvements with strategic objectives and drive continuous progress.
  • Leadership in managing internal and external audits to maintain compliance with quality standards and regulations.
Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) Facilitation
  • Steering of CAPA teams to resolve product and process issues, focusing on quality and risk reduction.
Strategic Guidance for Manufacturing Excellence
  • Advice on improving quality and production efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration with senior leadership to set quality goals, adopt best practices, and guide quality initiatives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing QMS in manufacturing, preferably at a director level, with ISO 9000 and 14000 certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in an associated field or relevant work experience considered equivalent.
  • Five plus years of relevant experience in QA, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing quality initiatives across all levels.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools, with experience in CAPA processes.
