Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Cleaner to join our team at Marz Trauma & Restoration Services Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse, and empty trash cans and other waste containers.
  • Specialized Tasks: Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings, and make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Physical Demands: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and load, unload, and transport construction materials.
  • Environmental Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
