Restaurant Operations Manager

RING A WING is seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and a secondary school graduation certificate.
Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best deals.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our services.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise 1-2 people to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Accurate and reliable in all aspects of work.
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Efficient and flexible in a dynamic environment.
- Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

RING A WING offers a permanent position with 32.5 hours of work per week and English as the primary work language.
