Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 1451364 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our gas station, ensuring seamless customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure optimal productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate the procurement of necessary supplies and products to maintain a well-stocked store.
  • Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage employee schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
  • Prepare Reports on Sales Volumes, Merchandising, and Personnel Matters: Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Conduct regular inventory checks and implement strategies to minimize stock discrepancies.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities of Workers: Provide guidance and support to sales staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Manage Cash: Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate and secure transactions.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Regularly evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
