Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team as a Sales Support Specialist.

This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our core, key, and duty-free accounts, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a high level of account services.

Responsibilities
  • Input/modify all faxed, phoned, and emailed orders from core, key, duty-free, and account executives into the SAP system.
  • Validate all sales incentive submissions and enter all subsequent redemption orders in SAP.
  • Work with AE's to manage consignment locations and ensure accurate representation of physically stocked products.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to create, enter, ship, invoice, and return events submitted by AE's and Corporate Gifts division.
  • Monitor and respond to sales support-related Zendesk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Support and educate core and key accounts on the B2B website.
  • Enter weekly AE orders for POP and sales samples.
  • Identify and rectify miss-picked orders, order entry errors, shipping inaccuracies, and credit issues.
  • Manage communication flowing through the Marketing inbox daily.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of advanced customer service experience; college coursework is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent written, oral, and follow-up communication skills.
  • Aloha spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel skills, type 40 wpm.
Estimated Salary Range

$45,000 - $65,000 per year based on location and experience.
