Head Chef for Sals Famous

We are seeking a highly skilled Head Chef to join our team at Sals Famous. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Chef Management: Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
- Cooking and Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to order, using fresh ingredients and adhering to our menu guidelines.
- Kitchen Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring that our kitchen is well-stocked and organized at all times.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent culinary skills, leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should be physically fit, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads when necessary.
Requirements- Culinary Experience: A minimum of 1 year's experience in a senior chef role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant setting.
- Certifications: A recognized food safety certification (e.g., HACCP) and a valid cooking qualification (e.g., City & Guilds).
- Physical Abilities: The ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
