Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned food service professional to lead our team at Subway. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise staff in their daily tasks.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Work Environment: Our fast-paced restaurant environment requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You will be required to lift, bend, and kneel to perform tasks.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a client-focused approach, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. A permanent work term with a 30-44 hour work week is offered. The work language is English.
