Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

AISLING BAILE INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure that all expenses are properly accounted for.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, ensuring that all necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to ensure that all necessary supplies and equipment are available when needed.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to ensure that they are meeting the required standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all areas of the facility are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Ensure that all safety standards and departmental policies are met, and that all necessary training is provided to staff.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
