MANN ROOFING LTD is seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for carrying out administrative activities of the establishment, administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, and co-ordinating and planning for office services.
The Office Operations Coordinator will also be responsible for assisting in the preparation of operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence, and overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures.
The successful candidate will have a basic security clearance and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will also have strong attention to detail and be able to handle a large workload.
We offer a permanent position with 40 hours per week and English as the primary work language.
