Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and direct a team of sales staff, ensuring they are productive and meeting sales targets.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring the store is stocked with the right products to meet customer demand.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring the store has the necessary stock to meet customer needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of retail experience, a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
