Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, promoting dignity and respect at all times.
  • Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and other aspects of personal hygiene, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences.
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a tidy and organized living space.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Certificate in Personal Support Work or equivalent experience.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
  • Punctuality, dependability, and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
