Project Management Specialist

At Apple Security Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have the ability to implement new administrative procedures, review and evaluate existing procedures, and delegate work to office support staff.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures

  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry
  • Train staff
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Resolve conflict situations

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer software
