Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2506701 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and improve daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and training as needed.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new staff members to meet business needs.
  • Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 staff members to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role or equivalent experience.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Own vehicle.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a team of 5-10 staff members. The work schedule will be approximately 30-35 hours per week.

The primary language of work is English.
