Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Director to join our Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating corporate debt issuers and contributing to Fitch's reputation for timely and insightful research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cover a portfolio of 20-30 healthcare and pharmaceutical debt issuers across investment-grade and speculative-grade ratings.
  • Articulate Fitch's credit views and sector outlook in meetings, conference calls, and industry roundtables, as well as in written research.
  • Be a highly visible presence for external stakeholders in the ratings process.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment in the healthcare and pharmaceuticals team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years relevant experience in a capital markets and/or credit analysis role.
  • A keen sense of intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Proven ability to dissect and articulate complex analytical topics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • The agility to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A collaborative approach to a team-based work environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree is essential; an MBA, other advanced degrees, or a CFA designation is a plus.
