Housekeeping Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at 2465855 Ontario Ltd.
Job Summary:The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes implementing operational procedures to prevent infection in special situations and outbreaks, selecting and purchasing equipment and supplies, and coordinating inspections of assigned areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement operational procedures to prevent infection in special situations and outbreaks
- Select and purchase equipment and supplies
- Coordinate inspections of assigned areas
- Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met
- Supervise maintenance and repair services
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services
- Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff
- Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
- Respond to complaints of guests
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
