Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Canada. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary support to designated executives and general support to Corporate Security, Legal & Corporate Affairs departments.
  • Contribute to the overall success of Strategic Services by executing specific individual goals, plans, and initiatives in support of business strategies and objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bilingual in Spanish (English preferred)
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills to interact with management, business lines, and work in a team environment
  • 3+ years of general communications experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite and software tools applicable to the position
  • Strong understanding of Scotiabank's organizational structure and adaptability to the operational environment
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
