BTY Group is a leading international construction company that specializes in industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting quality standards. This role involves supervising a team of 5-10 people, coordinating daily operations, and planning and organizing project schedules and milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate daily operations and implement process improvements
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation
- Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, fostering a positive work environment
- Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed
- Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to inform project decisions
- Prepare reports on project performance, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field
- Professional accreditation and certification in construction management or a related field
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with experience managing a team of 5-10 people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and staff
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

Salary: $161,250 - $325,500 per annum
This salary estimate is based on industry standards and takes into account the level of experience required for this role. The actual salary may vary depending on individual circumstances.
