About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Lead to oversee our exhibits and merchandise sales team at UF Imports Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff and assign duties to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Hire, train, and arrange training for new staff members.
  • Plan and develop exhibits and displays for museum exhibitions, trade shows, conventions, retail spaces, and other events.
  • Order and authorize returns of merchandise as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and manage cash transactions.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages efficiently.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and supervision.
Personal Qualities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and reliable with strong multitasking abilities.
Benefits and Compensation

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on location and experience. The position also includes benefits such as flexible working hours and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Additional Information
