We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company adheres to national and international standards, including ISO 9001:2015.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices at OSI. This will involve interpreting audit and compliance requirements for different departments, assisting in establishing, reviewing, and updating processes, procedures, and work instructions within the Quality Management system (QMS) framework.

  • Reporting factual findings on process and product audits, along with updates on QMS status and customer satisfaction, to senior management.
  • Liaising with external auditors for ISO audits, controls, and risk assessments.
  • Developing detection tools and conducting gap analysis on best practices to strengthen OSI's risk and compliance framework.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree, engineering degree, or postgraduate diploma in Quality Assurance, or engineering technology.
  • Certified Quality Management Systems Auditor, certified auditing team leader, or relevant process auditing experience.
  • Previous experience as Manager of Quality or Quality Engineer or Quality Auditor, or equivalent.
  • Excellent organizational, communications, and reporting skills, including the ability to influence across disciplines.
  • Ability to effectively lead, manage, and develop excellent employees.
