Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an experienced MDU Territory Sales Specialist to join our team in Ottawa. As a key member of our Field Sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing relationships with Multi Dwelling Unit (MDU) property management and leasing staff, ensuring Rogers remains the go-to brand for prospective tenants and residents.

Salary & Benefits

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commissions and a vehicle allowance. Additionally, you can enjoy various benefits, including:

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Cultivating client connections by building strong relationships with MDU property management and leasing staff
  • Developing and executing marketing events and selling programs through face-to-face or virtual interactions
  • Becoming a subject matter expert in Rogers solutions and sharing insights on market trends to inform sales strategy
Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience with the ability to overcome objections and work independently
  • High motivation, excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
