About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Development Program Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment with endless possibilities.

Salary: The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

In this role, you will progress through a 5-phased program to gain comprehensive knowledge of our business operations, including shipping and receiving, sales, operations, purchasing, account management, and more.

As a Senior Development Program Professional, you will have the freedom to live into your dreams and pursue your career goals with our support. You will work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and expertise, and participate in on-the-job training and mentorship programs.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Learn the products we sell, how they get from the vendor to the customer, and understand all levels of sales support during Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics.
  • Get involved in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more during Phase 2 - Sales & Operations.
  • Go from helping customers with various product and service issues to managing large-scale projects during Phase 3 - Inside Sales/Project Management.
  • Learn how to find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationships during Phase 4 - Outside Sales/Account Management.
  • Determine your ideal career path and take all of your training to the next level during Phase 5.

Qualifications:

  • A post-secondary education is a plus (not a prerequisite).
  • You must be willing to "get your hands dirty" and be mechanically inclined.
  • You should have a positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset.
  • You should desire to continuously learn and grow.
  • You should possess excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • You should have a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity.
  • You should be able to work well independently and in a team setting.
  • You should have excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
  • You should be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
