Job Description:

As a Medical Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our medical staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and control administrative functions related to office administration and secretarial tasks.
  • Organize office work and manage areas such as accounting and procurement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication skills.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills, who is able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A completed High School diploma and at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of routine office work, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).
  • Practical, attentive to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Sense of accountability, resourcefulness, and vigilance.
  • Proactive, autonomous, flexible, and discrete.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Teamwork skills and courtesy.

You must also be fluent in English (written and spoken) and Cree, with fluency in French being an asset.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
