Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Sukhman Drywall Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including planning and organizing daily operations, determining and establishing office procedures and routines, and scheduling and confirming appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth office functioning
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to improve efficiency
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and team members
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to emails
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Provide customer service to internal and external clients

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced office environment

Working Conditions:

  • Relocation costs not covered by employer

  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
