Karas Security is currently seeking an experienced Enterprise Systems Director to join their team.

Job Description
  • Analyze and interpret complex business requirements to develop strategies for information systems planning, budgeting, and implementation.
  • Establish and implement policies, procedures, and standards for information systems to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the development of product or service specifications, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines.
  • Manage and resolve incidents efficiently, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Leverage expertise to assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and successful outcomes.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, driving efficiency and effectiveness in information systems management.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in information systems management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in English language, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to work a standard 40-hour week, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
