Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct traffic impact analysis and prepare reports, including coordinating traffic counts, calculating growth rates, and assessing traffic impact at access locations/nearby intersections.
  • Prepare presentations for Public Open House/Planning Committee Meetings as required.
  • Use and expand knowledge of current industry practices and standards to undertake engineering analysis.
  • Manage and mentor junior staff.
  • Manage client relationships on a per-project basis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering – Interest or Concentration in Transportation.
  • Field or Site Work experience an asset (survey, inspection).
  • Knowledge of traffic software, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Applications an asset.
  • Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
