At Supply Kings, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and leading a team of technical support analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior technical support analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their job duties.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve technical issues that impact our customers.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to ensure that our customers have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of technical support analysts to ensure they are meeting their performance goals and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
