The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to join our Personalized Creative team. This role will be part of our Global eBay Seller CRM Programs team, responsible for managing the flawless execution of seller-specific campaigns across multiple channels.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across eBay's owned channels, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.
  • Implement marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize customer experience and ensure campaign tactics, messaging, and creative assets are delivered on schedule.
  • Communicate campaign progress and performance to key stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights to inform ongoing campaign optimization.
  • End-to-end campaign management of email, push notification, and onsite marketing campaigns from creative briefing to execution.
  • Ensure all marketing activity is effectively targeted, delivered, and evaluated, reporting channel performance and providing actionable insights for future campaign enhancements.
  • Proactively identify areas for campaign process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate campaign reports and share learnings to improve future campaigns.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Demonstrated expertise in data-driven direct marketing strategies, including email campaigns, customer segmentation, and onsite marketing.Experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns, with a proven track record of success.Strong communication skills, with the ability to build internal relationships quickly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet business objectives.A customer-first attitude, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences and driving continuous improvement.Good eyes for detail and creative flair, with a passion for innovative problem-solving.
